After a first half where the Broncos looked like they not only didn't belong as the #1 seed, but also not in the playoffs, Denver put together a memorable second half and overtime en route to a 20-17 victory of the Bengals last night.

The win not only clinches a playoff spot for the Broncos, but also keeps them alive for the #1 seed and home field advantage in the playoffs. With their tiebreaker advantage over the New England Patriots, the Broncos will secure the spot with a win this weekend over San Diego and a New England loss.

Brock Osweiler finished the game 27 of 39 for 299 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions. Tight end Owen Daniels had 5 catches for 70 yards, with most of those coming in the final drive of regulation and in overtime.

It was also the third coldest home game in Denver Broncos history, as the temperature at game time was 16 degrees for the sellout crowd at Sports Authority Field.
