The currently vacant Safeway building at the corner of Collge Ave and Mulberry will soon have a new resident. The Coloradoan has announced today that 24 Hour Fitness has signed a 15 year lease on the building located at 460 S. College Ave.

The plans for the new downtown Fort Collins 24 Hour Fitness mean that the location will have a swimming pool and a basketball court. The owner of the building, LC Real Estate, will be investing around $5 million into the building for a new roof and air conditioning.
