A Cars Reunion? A New Album Will Have To Do For Now!

It has been twenty-four years since the Cars last released a studio album, and about a year after that was the last time anyone saw them perform together live. Part of that is about to change. Although its not all the original members (bassist Benjamin Orr died in 2000) its as close as it can get. The album called Move Like This is set to drop in May. There have been a few clips of music from the album that have leaked, and the Cars even release a video for the song "Blue Tip" (below). But, the first single "Sad Song" is just around around the corner, with a release date sometime in March. The band doesn't call this a reunion, rather a conjunction, and says fans shouldn't expect a tour to go along with album, but you never know. The Cars will also have a featured article in the March 3rd issue of Rolling Stone. Don't call it a comeback!
