When you think of Hilary Duff you think Disney Channel star which usually translates into jail bait. But, when we found out today was Hilary Duff's birthday, and not just any birthday, her 24th birthday, we decided she has to be today's Rock 102.9 Babe of the Day! First it was the Disney Channel for Duff, but then with her fame from that came large movie roles, a successful singing career,  a clothing line, authoring novels, and now even producing movies. So she has done it all, and looked damn good doing it! So hot that Maxim had her posing half nude and famously talking about her virginity, which we are sure she doesn't have anymore because she just announced she is pregnant.
