It was, according to these fans, a very magical moment.

I had been hearing that the day was great. Despite traffic issues that come when more than a million people flood downtown, regardless of the fact that it started as quite a cold morning, the fans were there, ready to welcome home their conquering heroes.

Here's what a couple of fans that were there had to say about it.

Chelsea had this to say about it on Facebook.

It was an experience I will never forget. Words can't describe how in awe I was. I was close to the building where they got off the trucks and did their speeches. So much orange and blue. So much pride and appreciation from the players as well as the mayor and governor. So many people in one place for one purpose. To show love for their home team. So glad I went. Posted about it yesterday with 20 some pics too. It was so cool.
