CSU Leads the Nation in Win Percentage Over the Past 2 Seasons
Believe it or not, CSU has the winningest sports program in the country! Over the last two years, Colorado State's football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and volleyball programs have won at a rate that tops all other Football Bowl Subdivision institutions in the U.S.
According to a press release from Colorado State University:
The combined record of Rams football, men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball programs over the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons is 173-49. This combined winning percentage of 77.9% ranks No. 1 among the 125 schools that compete in the FBS while the 173 wins rank as the third-most nationally over that stretch.
CSU has been especially good at home. Since the 2013-14 academic year, Rams fans have seen these four sports win at a rate of 85.2% and the figure jumps to 87.5% for the past two years. The Rams’ home record against Mountain West opponents is 56-6 (or 90.3%) over the last two seasons and 81-13 (86.2%) over the last three years.
