A body found in a storage shed at Stuff It Storage in Evans yesterday afternoon has been identified. Evans Police Officers opened the storage unit around 2:30 on Monday afternoon and a body was discovered inside. The body was identified as 70-year-old David Carroll, a male transient. During the investigation, nothing suspicious was discovered nor was any foul play suspected.  David Carroll died from apparent natural causes however; further medical evaluation and testing will be completed by the Weld County Coroner’s office. I have to admit, I thought the worst when I first heard this story, however, I am saddened by any death and my thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and family of Mr. Carroll.
