Denver Goose Gets Name Thanks to the Internet

There may not be a Boaty McBoatface, but there is a goose in Denver that is getting the "Mc-treatment".

According to 9 News, a goose that made its home outside the Denver City and County Building now has a name thanks to the Internet. Mayor Michael Hancock created a Twitter poll asking for suggestions, and "Gossey McGooseface" topped all.

Other contenders were Mother Goose, Ryan (and the) Goslings and Beyhoncke. At the end of the day, McGooseface was the final choice, with a definitive 55 percent of the vote.
