Fort Collins Mall Contstruction to Cause Road Closures

It was bond to happen a time or two. Fort Collins mall construction will cause road closures, at least temporarily.

TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURES EXPECTED WITH FOOTHILLS MALL CONSTRUCTION

• The most eastern northbound lane of College Avenue adjacent to the mall property is closed for most of March as they build a turn lane and work on an electrical vault
• The westbound lane of Monroe Avenue just east of College Avenue has been closed on and off while City crews fill parts of the former Larimer Canal. The developer might find a need to close off access to Monroe in the next few days to remove a tree in one of the older lots.
• The right turn lane of westbound Foothills Parkway east of College will be blocked Thursday and Saturday by a concrete truck between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

All road closures will be subject to weather and work conditions, the schedules may be altered. According to a press release issued by the Fort Collins City Government.
