Friday, March 25

9 a.m.: Greeley police responded to the 2200 block of 9th Avenue on a report of a woman not trusting her roommate anymore because she thought he was poisoning her. The roommate said he cleaned the tub with bleach and woman didn’t like that. Paramedics determined the woman was fine.

Noon: Greeley police responded to a park on the 1600 block of Glenmere Boulevard on a report of a dead goose in a ditch that the caller worried would traumatize children.

2 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 800 block of 27th Avenue on a report of a nurse emotionally abusing a patient. The caller said when he requested pain medication, the nurse patted him on the head and told him “good boy.”

2 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 2800 block of 30th Street on a report of a man who was drinking with his family in the vehicle when he drove up for an emissions test.

8:45 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 500 block of 9th Avenue on a reported of a woman upset about her felony charge after getting out of jail. The caller said “it’s not fair that I have to go to jail all the time and pay money because I supposedly assaulted an officer.”

Saturday, March 26

2:45 a.m.: Greeley police responded to the 2000 block of Birch Avenue on a report of an ex-girlfriend following the caller in a vehicle around town.

1:15 p.m.: A man in the Greeley Police Department lobby reported his ex-wife — who he hasn’t talked to in two years — saw him in a fast food restaurant and loudly called him a child molester.

2:30 p.m.: Greeley police were called to the 100 block of 12th Street on a report of a potential neighbor becoming irate and threatening to call the cops himself when the caller — who was looking at buying a house — asked if the neighbor was a member of the homeowner association.

3:30 p.m.: Greeley police were called to the 4500 block of Centerplace Drive because a man who parked in a handicap spot was calling the caller names after they told the driver of the vehicle “you don’t look very handicapped.”

4:15 p.m.: Greeley police were called to the 2800 block of 10th Street on a report of a woman who’s friend had brought her from Colorado Springs to Greeley and was now refusing to take her home to Colorado Springs.

10:15 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 1000 block of 22nd Avenue on a report of a woman’s ex-husband disconnecting the phones to keep her from getting a cab.

11:45 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 800 block of 22nd Street on a report of someone harassing the caller over Facebook. The caller said she’d blocked the person, but then unblocked them so she has to wait 48 hours to block them again.

Sunday, March 27

12:30 a.m.: Greeley police responded to the 1300 block of 13th Avenue on a report of a pizza company not delivering the caller’s pizza.

6 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 800 block of 14th Avenue because they received a call from someone stating, “I just want you to take me away, I’m in California,” and then hung up. When they called back, the caller said, “everything is OK — I think my jaw is broken.”

7:15 p.m.: Greeley police responded to a retail pharmaceutical store on the 1600 block of 23rd Avenue on a report of a man who’d been walking around for an hour and talking to himself.

8:15 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 700 block of 14th Avenue on a report of a lady who’d entered the caller’s apartment and wasn’t letting the caller back into the apartment. The lady said the landlord had let her go in, but when the tenant called the landlord, they said no one had been let in.

8:45 p.m.: Greeley police responded to the 4200 block of 31st Street on a report of a large group of kids laying in the street, playing chicken with cars.

9:45 p.m.: Greeley police were called to the 800 block of 37th Court on a report of a man who wasn’t missing. The caller said he was reported missing, but advised authorities he wasn’t missing.

Monday, March 28

12:15 a.m.: Greeley police responded to the 1500 block of 47th Avenue of a report of a man dressed in all black and carrying a road sign.

2 a.m.: Greeley police responded to the 1200 block of 26th Avenue on a report of a man who was knocking on the caller’s door, covered in blood and asking to sleep on the floor of the caller’s apartment.

3:15 a.m.: Greeley police responded to a Laundromat on the 2600 block of 11th Avenue on a report of a man and woman sitting on the ground of the establishment with a candle and needles all over the floor. The woman had drawn all over the floor with a crayon.
