The Greeley Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 1000 block of 1st St at 9:45am on Monday.  When crews arrived, flames were coming from a window in the front of the house.  Firefighters deployed a hose line and made a quick and aggressive attack on the fire.  Remaining fire crews supported the attack by providing water supply from a fire hydrant, assisting with search and rescue, and ventilating smoke. It also happened to be the 1st day on the job for Rookie firefighter Kaleb Ledford.
