Gregg Allman To Release 12th Solo Album

2010 was a tough year for Gregg Allman. He had to cut his tour short with the Allman Brothers Band due to a liver transplant. His new solo album will be released  January 18th and is something of a triumphant for him. Low Country Blues features covers of blues legends like B.B. King, Bobby "Blue" Bland and Muddy Waters. The T Bone Burnett-produced release also features an original song, "Just Another Rider" which Allman co-wrote with longtime bandmate Warren Haynes.
