It’s probably one of the most shocking events of 2015. The famed spokesman for Subway, Jared Fogle, being busted for child porn. It seems this world is just falling apart all around us, at times.

It was in July that investigators broke into his home and the news hit the headlines. Now, he readies himself to spend at least 13 years behind bars. He pleaded guilty to one count of traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and distribution and one count of receipt of child pornography.

From ABC News:

Subway suspended its relationship with Fogle in early July after law enforcement agents raided his Zionsville, Indiana, home as part of what two sources briefed on the investigation told ABC News was an ongoing investigation into child pornography.

The officials told ABC News that the investigation was an offshoot of the May arrest of Russell Taylor, the then-executive director of Fogle's charity devoted to children's health.

There’s no way of us really knowing if his illicit activity would have happened, had he not found fame through his weight-loss and Subway deal. It could have been he would be in prison now anyway, but not as a famous person; just a troubled and broken person.

What’s the biggest ‘fall from grace’ that you can think of?
