Lyric Cinema Cafe in Fort Collins to Honor David Bowie

Following the unexpected (to us, at least) passing of superstar David Bowie, the Lyric Cinema Cafe in Fort Collins will be showing the 1976 film The Man Who Fell to Earth.

We anticipate a lot of Ziggy Stardust lightning bolt makeup at the viewing of the science flick about an extraterrestrial named Thomas Jerome Newton (Bowie), who lands on planet Earth in search of water.

Even in '76, it was known that Bowie was 'one of the few true originals of our time.'

We can also anticipate that these tickets are going to sell out - fast. Tickets are on sale for the January 27 show at the Lyric on Mountain Avenue in Old Town, but you can lock yours down right now online.
