Man Busted for Breaking into Jail to Visit Friends
This Florida man's bro game is so strong, he broke into jail to visit his friends.
Patrick Rempe, 24, was arrested Monday night after he allegedly attempted to break into the Indian River County jail by ramming his car into the front door and proceeding to climb a fence - all while he was high on the synthetic drug "flakka."
He now faces charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, batter on a law enforcement officer, 3 counts of felony criminal mischief, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and driving under the influence.
Rempe was taken into custody on the scene and treated for injuries after getting tangled up in the fence's razor wire. Officials determined cost of damage to the fence to be at least $5,000.
Rempe is being held without bond, giving him plenty of time to reconnect with his friends.
