Police reported to a 911 call Saturday (April 30, 2016) morning, after a resident heard an argument and gunshots coming from a home near Osborn Park.

According to the Coloradoan, the call was received a little before 11 a.m. and was made by an individual who was downstairs in the home located in the 1300 block of 6th Street SE.

The police evacuated two minors and the individual who made the call, then went on to discover what happened in the upstairs room. When police investigated, they found two bodies, a man and a woman both dead of gunshot wounds, leaving authorities to believe that it was an apparent murder-suicide. No one was taken into custody and no one in the immediate area was in any further danger.

No information on the victims has been released at this time.
