The Winter Olympics have been every bit of exciting so far, especially getting to cheer for so many Colorado athletes participating in the different sports. Wayward's in downtown Denver is making it even more fun to root for our local athletes, as they have once again created a unique "pop-up" bar – this time, Olympic-themed.

First opening their doors on February 2, The Olympic Bar features festive decor, plenty of TVs to catch all the action, and real-life games, like air hockey and table curling for guests to play. Bar-goers can also snap a pic in the vintage chair lift, tip back a shot ski, and give a toast to the Olympics with cocktails named after rival countries. Besides sipping on an Oh Canada or Norwegian Pickle Back, the bar is serving up medal-worthy street snacks that are South Korean-inspired. While open, the pop-up bar is hosting a canned food drive, with donations going to a local shelter. Guests who bring in five or more non-perishable food items will get a free drink of the bartender’s choice...it's a win-win.

The Olympic Bar is open 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday, from now until the Winter Games are over. It's located at 1610 Little Raven Street in Denver.
