The CSU Football Team is Headed to the New Mexico Bowl

On Sunday afternoon, it was announced that the CSU Rams football team will be heading to the Gildan New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque on Saturday, December 16. 

The Rams, who finished their season with a 7-5 record, are set to take on Marshall, who also had a 7-5 season. Kick off is at 2:30 p.m. and will be aired on ESPN. Tickets for the upcoming bowl game are on sale now and can be purchased online, by phone at 800-491-RAMS (7267), or in person at  either the McGraw Athletic Center Ticket Office or Ram Zone store in Old Town Fort Collins. Student tickets are being offered for $10.

This is not the Rams first trip to the New Mexico Bowl — they previously participated in, and won the New Mexico Bowl back in 2013 and 2008. This is also CSU’s fifth consecutive postseason appearance. If you're planning on making the drive to go see the Rams play, here is the full game-day schedule.
