This Country Is Trying To Deport Thousands Of Cats

If you're a single girl looking for companionship, Israel's got your hookup: they're looking to deport thousands of cats.

The Israeli agriculture minister's plan to get rid of rid of an estimated 2 million cats living in the country illegally goes something like this: transfer dogs and/or cats of one gender to a foreign country that agrees to take them in.

But...why?

Spaying or neutering cats could violate Jewish law, which says to "Be fruitful and multiply."

So far, no country has agreed to host a cat colony.
