Gov. John Hickenlooper and Fort Collins Mayor Wade Troxell will host a very exciting and monumental ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Intel site at the corner of Harmony and Ziegler in Fort Collins.

It's a time of celebration as the technology giant shows off the largest private solar installation in Colorado.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to test drive an electric vehicle. Drive Electric NoCo will be on hand with about 10 electric vehicles including vehicles from Nissan, Ford, BMW and Tesla.
