The United States Postal Service is testing a new feature through which you will receive an email each morning with images of your mail.

Those who are registered on My USPS will be alerted every morning (except Sundays) through their inbox letting them know what mail they will receive later that day, complete with 10 images of their unopened letters.

If you're expecting more than 10 letters, you can view the remaining images in your My USPS dashboard online.

This feature is only available for residential households - not businesses - and does not notify you of packages, magazines, or catalogs (yet).

USPS admitted in 2013 it already photographs letters and packages to aid in sorting mail and comply with criminal investigations.
