The suspect for the Wells Fargo bank robbery in Fort Collins on May 14th has been arrested according to a release from the City of Fort Collins.

The suspect, identified at Matthew Dyllon Richards, went in to the Wells Fargo bank, demanding money from a teller. The suspect did not brandish a weapon, but insinuated that he might have one. After the suspect got the cash, he fled from the bank on foot.

Police officers were able to identify Richards two days after the incident and issued a warrant for his arrest. That evening, Richards was arrested in Las Vegas due to an unrelated incident.

Richards is facing charges of Aggravated Robbery, Menacing, and Theft of the bank robbery at the Wells Fargo in Fort Collins.
