The 111th National Western Stock Show kicks off this weekend in Denver. The stock show will open its doors on Saturday, January 7th, at 9am and runs through Jan. 22.

The National Western Stock Show was established in 1906. It is the premier livestock, rodeo, and horse show in the nation. Last year, 686,745 people attended, which was the second highest number of people through the gate since the record was set in 2006. That year 726,972 people attended the event.

The Stock Show is at the National Western Complex at Brighton Boulevard and Interstate 70 in Denver.

Grounds admission and event tickets are on sale at nationalwestern.com and all King Soopers locations. Grounds Admission is date specific and range from $2-$3 for children between the ages of 3-11 and $10-$20 for those 12 years of age and older.
