...and it's all thanks to one major mistake at the plant...yikes.

According to the Greeley Tribune, federal authorities have recalled over 14,000 pounds of beef and pork from a Denver processing plant.

Despite the meat being sent to "stores in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming", it was produced after hours and without inspection. Yeah, I wouldn't want to be the person who takes a chance with that meat.

The recalled meat includes:

  • Pork Sirloin Boneless Chop
  • Pork Boneless Loin Top Loin Roast with the same sell-by date
  • Diced Pork Super Value Pack
  • Pork Loin Boneless Chop
