Can you believe that we are creeping closer and closer to the end of summer? The stores have already started putting out the school supplies for the start of the year!

Just because August means gearing up to end the season, it doesn't mean that there are no longer any good events throughout Northern Colorado.

Throughout the entire state, along with right in our very own backyard, there are plenty of events for you to book your weekend (or work week) around.

We've searched and scoured for those events to see what you need to make plans for, and here are the five that we think stand out the most.

Get ready and have fun in August! Because as soon as we know it, the cold weather will be here and the snow will start flying.
