A New Windsor Community is Debuting May 4-5

A pristine view of the Rocky Mountains rests behind a new Windsor community being constructed about two miles east of Interstate 25.

The carefully-designed, agriculturally-minded development is called RainDance Community.

The vision of the community on Crossroads Blvd. will be on display to the public May 4-5 at a grand opening — the celebration starts at 10 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.  Attendees at the grand opening can tour seven model homes and enter to win $25,000 toward a RainDance home.

The festivities include a Saturday car show, free food and other entertainment. Those not in the market for a home are also invited to be part of the fun.

RainDance Community includes a new public Colorado Cherry Company pie and coffee shop location that opened earlier this spring at 2191 Covered Bridge Parkway.

The complex said it has new homes available starting in the $300's.
