Deflategate may have been going on for over a year, but we may have finally met the conclusion. Tom Brady has ultimately been suspended.

According to ESPN, a federal appeals court are the ones who made the decision, overturning the ruling by another judge and make sure that Brady sits out the first four games of the season.

Brady is now exploring all options concerning the ruling, including other legal opportunities to fight the decision. This means that we haven't heard the end of this story.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has stated that the suspension is deserved and that the decision "helps with the integrity of the game".

The NFL Players Association are also exploring all options for the quarterback.

If Brady does end up serving the suspension, he would miss games against the Buffalo Bills, Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, and Houston Texans.

Patriots backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is the only other quarterback on the Patriots squad.
