Making dinner can be as fun as a root canal when you've had a long day at work and take out can get expensive, not to mention old... when you have reached the end of your rope and just need a good meal quick, turn to this recipe.

what you'll need:

1 pound of egg noodles, 2 large boneless skinless chicken breast(s)(cubed), 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, half of the soup can with milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 medium onion (diced), 3 Tbs unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of frozen peas and s/p to taste

putting it all together:

Cook the noodles according to the package, drain and toss with Tbs butter and salt and set aside then in a large saucepan cook the onion until it is soft add the chicken cubes, add the cayenne pepper and cook till the chicken is brown now add the soup and milk, stir til well blended and let simmer for 10 minutes, add the frozen peas and the noodles, cook for another two minutes and serve.
