Disabled Dogs in Northern Colorado in Need of a Home
Please, stop whatever you are doing, and grab a box of tissues. I'm about to tug at your heart strings. These special animals in Northern Colorado are in need of a companion right now. (via petfinder.com)
Angie, an eight-year-old Scottie is looking for a home with kids six or older, where she can be the center of attention (as in, she'd like to be an only pet). She also suffers from a chronic eye condition, and needs a family who can afford a little extra TLC. She's currently at RMSTC Scottie Rescue, and you can find out more about her here.
Oh, Ralph. Just look at this little guy. He needs a very, very loving home. He suffers from a spinal deformity, and though he can walk normally, as a result, he has urinary and fecal incontinence. -- But look at that face. Ralph is waiting for a loving soul at the Big Bones Canine Rescue in Windsor. Read more about Ralph on petfinder.com.
OK, sign me up to take Holly home. I can't even look at her photo without wanting to scoop her up. She is part Corgi, part Dachshund, and because of early-life trauma, she suffers from brain damage and walks with a wobble. Holly is great with kids and other pets. For real though, someone go get her from Animal House before I do. Read more about Holly on petfinder.com.
Dilly is a friendly one-eyed Chihuahua at the Sunshine Canyon Dog Rescue in Boulder, and we're pretty sure Mollie is on her way over right now. Read more about Dilly on petfinder.com.
Meet Gina, a five-year-old German Shepherd in need of a home with no children or other pets, where she can chase squirrels, and play with her bunny. Read more about Gina on petfinder.com.
