One individual has been arrested, following a traffic stop conducted by a deputy from the Weld County Sheriff’s Office.

The deputy initially pulled a driver over in the area of Del Camino, just before 1 a.m. on August 12, 2019, after observing that the vehicle had no front license plate. Upon contact, the deputy learned via dispatch that the vehicle's rear license plate was fictitious. The deputy also learned that the driver was revoked as a habitual traffic offender. Following an inventory search of the vehicle, 10.6 grams of methamphetamine that tested presumptive positive and glass pipes were confiscated.

The driver of the vehicle has been identified as 29-year-old Breanna Maloney. Maloney is now being charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Methamphetamine), Drove Motor Vehicle as Habitual Traffic Offender, Displayed Fictitious Plates, Vehicle had only One Number Plate Attached, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She remains in custody at the Weld County Jail.
