Three hours to enjoy music, friends, Downtown Loveland, the Loveland Museum/Gallery- and those tart, tart, tart cherry pies!

The Saturday after the 4th of July at Peters Park in Downtown Loveland, the Loveland Museum/Gallery will be hosting the annual tradition of celebrating Loveland's cherried history- The 2018 Cherry Pie Celebration!

Come down, buy a slice of cherry pie (or a few) and some ice cream, visit the vendors, the kids' activities and enjoy the live music! It will get underway on July 7 at 5:00 p.m.

Music lineup:

Danielle Ate the Sandwich with a local ukelele band as special guest: 5-6:15.

Madalynn and the Perennial Sound: 6:45-8:00.

At 7:00 that evening, they'll announce the winners of the annual 'Art of the Tart' Cherry Pie Baking Contest!

50-60 years ago, Loveland was known for the cherries! There used to be 10,000 cherry trees across town. It's hard to imagine that today.  On July 5 at the museum/gallery, you can attend a free presentation on Loveland's cherry industry, to get you geared up for the July 7 event!
