New Fort Collins Mexican Restaurant Opening on Monday

If you're looking for a new choice for Mexican food in Fort Collins, and will be shopping at Foothills, you have another option for your stomach starting Monday.

According to the Coloradoan, Casa Del Matador will be one of the newest destinations at the renovated mall starting Monday. Doors will first open at 11am with dinner starting at 4pm each day.

The location in Fort Collins will join Matador locations currently operating in Oregon, Idaho, and Denver. Close to 50 employees will round out the staff at the restaurant in Foothills.

If you're a fan of tequila, Casa Del Matador may be your next night time stop with friends and family. The restaurant will feature more than 120 tequila varieties in stock.

Everything in the Casa Del Matador kitchen is made from scratch, and after 10pm each day only patrons 21+ will be allowed in the restaurant.
