If you weren't watching Super Bowl LII on Sunday for the teams or Timberlake, you were watching for the ads — and one of them featured a fifth grader from Windsor.

'Always be faster than the boys,' is the message in the Super Bowl advertisement for the 2018 Winter Olympics, featuring 22-year-old U.S. skier, Mikaela Shiffrin.

The ad is all about female empowerment, as Shiffrin leaves boys in the dust (or, powder) from the time she was a young girl to where she is now as an Olympic skier.

One of the boys she beats, in fact, is actually a local student from Mountain View Elementary. As Kyle yells out 'Done!' he realizes Shriffrin has already completed her test in class. You can see him at :23 seconds in, wearing a tan sweater.

Keep your eyes out for the ad again during the 2018 Winter Olympics!
