Prohibition Repeal at Social in Old Town: Party Like It’s 1933
As Americans, we have a lot of rights -- the right to drink is just one of them that we exercise (very freely). On Monday, Social will be celebrating the anniversary of the ratification of Amendment 21, which ended the Prohibition Era on December 5, 1933.
The downtown bar is known for its speakeasy vibe in its (literal) underground location in Old Town Square, and it's the perfect place to host a repeal party. So, just this once, head out on a Monday night. Social says that 'fancy threads' are encouraged. Cheers!
