9 ounces of your average favorite Nacho Platter with all the fixin' will  deliver about 600 calories!

12 inches of sub sandwich with Turkey, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and Mustard costs you a little under 600 calories!

9 ounces of Chili Con Carne (that's Chili with Meat) brings in close to 300 calories!

1 slice of Cheese Pizza will put you back about 250 calories!

A typical Cheeseburger with bacon, mayo, and all that you can dream about carries about 900 freaking calories! 

6 ounces of BBQ Pork Sandwich nets about 400 calories!

4 ounces of LEAN BBQ Pork Ribs costs you about 160 calories!

5 Mini Sausages will bring in 170 calories

8 ounces of potato chips knocks you out with 1250 calories!
