West Fort Collins is getting a new school next fall.

Colorado Early Colleges and AXIS International Academy have partnered to create a new pre-school through eighth-grade facility at 2130 W. Horsetooth Road near the intersection with Taft Hill Road.

The campus will offer a private preschool, a kindergarten through fifth grade language immersion school, and a sixth through eighth grade early college middle school with a STEAM program — which integrates art into science, technology, engineering and math.

Enrollment is now open for fall 2019. The schools are scheduled to move into the building this summer.

Colorado Early Colleges also already operates a Fort Collins high school that opened at 4424 Innovation Drive in 2012 and a middle school at 4512 Mcmurry Ave. that opened in 2015.

AXIS International Academy offers children the opportunity to learn French, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.
